Friday Wrap Week #8

Am starting to think you're team may not want to be included as part of our game of the week. There's a 50/50 chance you'll get blown out. It seems to happen every week. This time Green Run poured it on against Ocean Lakes 62-18.

After their big win over Hampton, Phoebus remains the number one ranked team in the state. Bethel makes their first appearance at number 10.

Hoops commitment

We're thinking Nansemond River is going to be pretty good in basketball this year. Today they had their second player commit to a Division 1 school. All state guard Andre Jones is headed to Winthrop.

Lake Taylor made sure this Friday was the same script. They've lost only one district game in the last 17. Maury beat them last year. We weren't about to have a replay.
