BLACKSBURG BOUND
Virginia Tech continues on a roll when it comes to enticing Hampton Roads football stars. Ocean Lakes' Marcus Davis is the latest recruit to verbally commit to Hokie Nation.
Davis is a 6'5", 210 pound quarterback who was slated to play receiver this past fall. The Dolphins starting QB got injured. Davis filled in with a terrific season. He threw for 20 touchdowns and 1,837 yards. He also ran for 12 touchdowns. He'd like to play QB in college but remember that Virginia Tech is losing most of their receivers to graduation.
