REAMON COMMITS

Could it be that Old Dominion University just found their opening day quarterback? Gloucester High School's Tommy Reamon Jr gave his verbal commitment to ODU earlier today.

The name should sound familiar. His father, Tommy Reamon coached his son at Gloucester. He also coached the Vick brothers and Aaron Brooks during their high school years.
Missouri, South Florida and Buffalo were among the schools on Reamon Jr.'s final list. He likes the idea of being part of something new and special at the local level at ODU.
Like everybody else in the new program, he'll be redshirting the first year before they start playing games for real in 2009.
ODU has one other recruit already at the quarterback position.
Catch some hilites and interviews with the Reamons in the video section of HS Gametime.
