Curtis, South Plaq lead way in Week 2 power ratings

This is my first foray this year into the power ratings, and per usual, KenRamsey.com can be thanks for compiling these. It's especially amazing considering that Ken has to keep up with all the game changes just like everyone else. Thus far into the year, the schedules of southern Louisiana look nothing like they were supposed to.
