Pick 'em Week 6: River Parish clash sets tone for big week
Pick up any schedule for this week's games and your eyes immediately dart to one game: Destrehan at Hahnville in a 5A showdown.
But let's not get ahead of ourselves. There are results to be tallied, and looky here, it appears the Sports producers at WWL-TV are trying to make this interesting. Not to mention Professor, who after taking the first week off, has come back with a vengeance.
And then there's Web director Tom Planchet and Sports Reporter Juan Kincaid. Are they just waiting to explode on the scene this week?
Soccer Freak is not too far behind the leaders and Chad is, well, hanging in there.

The MIGHTY WILDCATS of DESTREHAN v that other team...yeah HahnVILE. What can I say...well after Monday nights Saints defeat...Payton might be talking to Coach Rob after this game about a few trades....last year's three or four OT wim by the MIGHTY CATS is history folks but we wont need OT...the game is gonna be over by the first quarter....so bad you might see some heads rolling in Hahnville...especially their coaching staff. After Lou (Valdin) loses another one to the FOOTBALL GENIUS Steve Robichaux....look for colleges or MAYBE Mr. Money Tom Benson to be calling on Coach Rob to be the next HC for the Saints if Sean Payton can't end the slump.
(NOTE....Im no Jim Henderson when it comes to commentating but I try).
