Had a blast as usual on Friday Night Flights. I flew in the helicopter with pilot Daron Larsen and Photographer Scott Williams. Daron is a great guy and a talented pilot as well. Scotty and I have worked together for a long time and he is also talented and one of the nicest guys in the business.

We had live shots during the 6, 630 and 7pm shows. It dawned on me today that this is the 15th year of Friday Night

I found out from our Sports Producer Evan Chevrier that I'm headed to Jesuit this week for the playoff game with Canby. I'll be with "The Ace" Sports Photographer Brian Warner.
If you watch Friday Night Flights on a regular basis, you may remember I was shutout at Jesuit earlier this season. They have a great barbeque at Jesuit, but the last time I was there...they had sold out of all their hamburgers and hot dogs

I'm especially excited about Friday Night Flights this week. First, the weather is fantastic. Second, I'm flying with Pilot Daron Larsen in the helicopter for the 6:30 newscast. Third, I'm going to cover the Southridge-Lincoln playoff game with the "Ace", Sports Photographer Brian Warner. It should be a great game. I'm not sure what's on the menu tonight. I usually wait to see my options and go with the flow.

I'm getting ready to head out for Friday Night Flights...and I thought I woudl mention my pregame meal for Friday Night Flights. Everyone knows I like to get a bit to eat on the Flights.

This morning I had eggs, bacon, home fries and a piece of toast.

For a snack this afternoon a half canadian bacon sandwich with lettuce and pickles.

Tonight....who knows? Tune in.
