Westview @ Jesuit
The Metro League title and a top seed in the playoffs is on the line Friday, in what could be the most meaningful game of the year.
Jesuit (6-1) hosts Westview (7-0) in a battle of the number two and number three ranked teams in the state.

Wilson @ Grant
First place is on the line in the P.I.L., as Grant (5-1) hosts Wilson (4-2) in a game at Lincoln High School.
Both teams a 2-0 in league play. If Wilson can pull of the upset, they should have no problme winning out, and entering the playoffs as the number one seed. Grant's road is a little tougher, as they still have Lincoln on the schedule.

Great time at West Linn tonight. The Lions and Lakers of Lake Oswego for a special edition of Thursday night flights. The students and faculty of West Linn High are terrific and they were perfect hosts for our game of the week. They saved me a parking spot and the game was plenty of fun.

I delivered the game ball to West Linn Kicker Robert Truax. Robert can really kick.

Lake Oswego @ West Linn
First place in the Three Rivers League is on the line Thursday, as 4-1 West Linn hosts 6-0 Lake Oswego. Both teams are 3-0 in conference.
If the Lakers can beat the Lions, they will probably win out, and be the number one seed going into the playoffs.
Meantime, if it weren't for a two point loss to Wilson in week one, West Linn would also be undefeated.

The worst part about playing in the Metro League, is you never ever get a week off. No, there isn't a Parkrose on your schedule, there's no Roosevelt waiting in the wings. Week after week, the best teams in the state are coming at you with all they got. In fact, five of the top twelve teams in the state are in the Metro League.
