6A Semifinal Preview

Its probably not the final four you envisioned before the season started, or even halfway through. But that's what the playoffs are all about. Sometimes the hot teams, not the best teams, are the ones that go the farthest.
Both West Salem and Sheldon are riding 10 game winning streaks. Grant has won seven in a row, Tualatin five. The question now. Which team can add two more wins to their streak.
Sheldon and West Salem have probably been the most impressive, winning almost every game in blowout fashion. The Irish only lost one game, an early season contest at Westview. The Titans lost only to Lake Oswego, in the first game of the season. Since then, both teams have escaped unscathed, and you have to credit the coaches for keeping the kids motivated week after week.
After this season, I won't be suprised by anything. But when the dust settles Friday night, I expect it will be Sheldon and West Salem that live to see another day.

Predictions:
Sheldon 31 Grant 28
West Salem 35 Tualatin 24
