Springer takes gold at Brown XC Championships

Westerly senior Andrew Springer yesterday added another gold medal to his collection in this, his debut cross country season. Competing in the Boys' Championship Division at the annual Brown University Cross Country Championships at Goddard Park, Springer ran the 3.1-mile course in 15 minutes, 2.4 seconds for the win. Rhode Island harriers fare well at Manhattan Invitational
