Schedule for 27th annual MetLife Soccer Classic released
For the 27th consecutive year, MetLife is assisting the Rhode Island Interscholastic League with the high school soccer state championship tournament.
The 2007 MetLife Soccer Classic will be held from Nov. 9-11, with state titles decided in seven divisions - three on the boys' side and four on the girls' side.
MetLife, which remains the longest-running corporate sponsor of Rhode Island high school sports and covers game expenses and awards for all semifinal and final rounds, will also host a reception on Nov. 9 for coaches and captains of the 14 teams that reach the finals of the seven divisions.
