Bay View tops HSGametime girls hoops poll

Readers at HSGametime were asked to select the top girls basketball team in Division I, out of the teams that entered Thursday night’s action with winning league records. There were 264 votes, and here’s how they broke down:

1. Bay View, 96 votes
2. La Salle, 78 votes
3. South Kingstown, 35 votes
4. Coventry, 16 votes
5. East Greenwich, 15 votes
6. Cranston West, 13 votes
7. Ponaganset 11 votes
