Coach E: “This was a great tune up to see where we stand going into next weeks State championship against Classical. Both programs are so strong, but our strengths are in opposing events. Either one of us could win the championship next week. We edged them out in Indoor and this meet ought to be within 10 points when it is decided on Saturday.” We have looked good up to this point of the season and our first team goal of winning the Class D Championship is certainly within our reach. After next Saturday the team will then set its goals on the overall State Championship at Brown U, on June 7th.

Coach E: “I told the kids to stay focused for the 4 weeks, they can really achieve something a school our size has not for the past few decades! An overall State Championship. If nothing else we are certainly going to have fun trying and they want to give it their best shot.”
