The shot clock ammendment for boy's basketball has been approved by the Rep Assembly of the WIAA. The vote was 42-11. Starting with the 2009 season, the boys will have a 35-second shot clock.

The girl's already have a 30-second clock.

Florida high school pitcher Pat Schuster has thrown his 4th consecutive no-hitter. He struck out 17 Pasco hitters on the way to a 5-0 win. Schuster has K'd 60 hitters in the four no-no's.

He still has some work to do. The record for consecutive no-hitters is six.
