2007 HS GameTime All-Star Team

Looking back at 2007, here is my HS GameTime All-Star team. I selected athletes from football, girls soccer and volleyball and one coach for my '07 team. Congrats to all local high school athletes, in every sport, and Happy New Year.

Football:
Le'Roi Edwards, Kentridge. Not only was Le'Roi the offensive lineman of the year in the 4A North, he was a three-sport stud and student body president.
Johri Fogerson, O'Dea. 2,545 yards rushing and 36 TDs, with 297 yards and four TDs in the 3A final.

Girls Soccer:
Kelli Stewart, Kamiak. 28 goals and 12 assists. 12-4-1 record. Headed to UW.
Sarah Martinez, Mount Rainier. 15 goals and 14 assists. Seamount League Co-MVP. Also headed to UW.

Volleyball:
Megan Augustavo, Bishop Blanchet. 30-plus assists per match. Headed to SU.
Kelcey Dunaway, Bainbridge. All-Metro Mountain Division first team. Holds school record for blocks. Headed to UW.

Coach:
Terry Ennis, Archbishop Murphy. 287-87 record. Three state championships. Coached for Murphy, Stanwood, Bellarmine Prep of Tacoma, Renton and Cascade. The Seattle Times Coach of the 20th Century. Lost his five-year battle with cancer on September 12, 2007.
