King Holiday Hoopfest

Tickets are $10 for anyone interested in getting out of the cold and into Hec Ed Pavilion over at the UW for today's King Holiday Hoopfest. Seven games are on the docket, starting this morning. If you'd have to pick a single game, I'd recommend the four o'clock Franklin v. Fairfax game. Fairfax's (LA) 6-foot-10 power forward Renardo Sidney is listed No. 1 among juniors by Rivals.com.

9:30 a.m: Garfield vs. Issaquah, girls.
11 a.m: Bothell vs. Gig Harbor, boys.
12:30 p.m: Kentwood vs. Jackson, girls.
2:30 p.m: Kentwood vs. Bellarmine Prep, boys.
4 p.m: Franklin vs. Fairfax (L.A.), boys.
6 p.m: O'Dea vs. Lynden, boys.
7:30 p.m: Federal Way vs. Garfield, boys.
