ex-Sealth basketball coaches file suit

Two former Sealth assistant coaches have filed suit against the Seattle School District and the Seattle Times, following the '05-06 recruiting scandal. According to the TNT, Amos Walters and Laura Fuller filed the lawsuit last week, claiming they were discriminated against by the newspaper's coverage of alleged player recruitment at Chief Sealth High School. The suit reportedly seeks $5-million in damages. Walters and Fuller told the TNT they were targeted by the district and the newspaper because they are black. The WIAA stripped Sealth of the '05 and '06 titles.

What a waste of time. They got caught and now they are trying to make the people they scammed pay for their mistakes.
