Metro League expands

The Metro League is expanding, from two to three basketball divisions, according to the Seattle Times. The change is happening because Franklin is returning to the 3A division after being in KingCo 4A for the last ten years. The new divisions will be: Mountain: Bishop Blanchet, O'Dea/Holy Names, Lakeside, Seattle Prep, Eastside Catholic. Sound: Bainbridge, West Seattle, Chief Sealth, Rainier Beach. And Valley: Franklin, Ingraham, Nathan Hale, Cleveland.
