NW Shoot-out for hoops bragging rights

The best high school seniors from Oregon take on the best from Washington in boys and girls postseason all-star basketball games on Sunday, April 6th, at the Chiles Center at the University of Portland. Washington boys and girls teams won last year. The Northwest Shootout gives seniors from Oregon and Washington the chance to end their HS careers by competing for hoops' bragging rights.

Some area players who made the boys' team: Reggie Moore, Rainier Beach. Renado Parker, Kentridge. Aaron Broussard, Federal Way. Brandon Magee, Bethel. Kavario Middleton, Lakes. Mathias Ward, Gig Harbor. Rich Skillman, Nooksack Valley.

For the girls: Katie Grad & Stephanie Egwuatu, Auburn Riverside. Eryn Jones, Meadowdale. Alyssa Shoji, Issaquah. Brianne Ryan, Lynden Christian. Shauniece Samms, Mount Tahoma.
