Glancing back at the Year in HS sports
The Seattle Times has a nice article from Sideline Smitty, looking back at the year in high school sports. From Auburn cheerleader Cali Kaltschmidt getting smashed by football players as she fixed the banner, to Archbishop Murphy's loss of it's football coach, Terry Ennis, and being disqualified from the football tourney because of a missed physical. Or the Garfield softball team's bus slamming into a bridge overpass, thanks to GPS. Quite a year. You can read more at the Times, including some stellar performances by athletes. And if you have any high school sports memories from the last year, please leave them in the comments section below.
