NCAA letter signing starts Wednesday
Starting tomorrow, senior athletes can begin singing NCAA letters of intent. From Wednesday until November 19th, players from basketball, baseball, softball and volleyball can sign a binding National Letter of Intent to a four-year college or university (football, soccer, track and field, and cross country singing kicks off in February).
According to the Everett Herald, here are some local athletes close to signing:
Girls basketball:
Snohomish: Katie Benson (Seattle Pacific), Karley Lampman (Portland State) and Ally Schmitt (Montana State). Kamiak: Kelsey Patrick (Pepperdine);
Baseball:
Snohomish: Brian Wolfe (UW). Meadowdale: Chase Anselment (UW).
Volleyball:
Monroe: Kylin Munoz (BYU).
