Preseason wrestling rankings
Here is a first look at the state preseason wrestling rankings, from the Washington Wrestling Report. At the site, you can check out All-Class preseason teams, 4A and 3A (2A-1B are yet to come). Team rankings are based on individuals. The rankings are compiled by Dave Gilbertson.

What about the girls rankings? Yes, WIAA recognizes girls in the sport of wrestling now. This started in the 2006-2007 school year. Why is it that 2A and 1A schools are ALWAYS left out of rankings in any sport? This includes both boys and girls teams.
If you take a look at your very own recent posts it posts only 3A/4A and of course, god forbid, we can't leave football out.
The smaller schools have some fantastic teams (2A girls soccer at Fife High School-won State for the second year in a row for example). Fife's girls wrestling last season sent 5 GIRLS to State!!! Widen your horizons!!
