Bowling championships this weekend

From the WIAA:

This Friday, February 6, and Saturday, February 7, Narrows Plaza Bowl will serve as the site for the 2009 WIAA/Dairy Farmers of Washington/Les Schwab Tires 2A/3A and 4A State Bowling Championships, presented by Wells Fargo Bank.

This year's individual tournament will feature 144 bowlers competing for the individual state titles in 2A/3A and 4A. Games are scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. on Friday with the individual awards scheduled for 5:30 p.m.

This year's team tournament will feature 16 teams bowling on Friday and Saturday. Eight teams will contend for the 2A/3A championship and eight teams will contend for the 4A championship. Games will begin at 10 a.m. on Friday and will continue at 8 a.m. on Saturday. Team awards are scheduled for 11:30 a.m. on Saturday.
